Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed corn flakes
- 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips or almond bark (for coating)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in crushed Butterfinger candy and corn flakes.
- Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls; place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball in chocolate, shake off excess, and return to tray.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
- Store in the fridge up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
