Description

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are creamy, rich, and perfect for peanut butter lovers! Made with simple pantry ingredients and no oven required, this treat is great for quick desserts, party platters, or an indulgent snack. Fun to make, easy to store, and seriously addicting.

Ingredients

Scale
    • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy is best)
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings (for rolling or decorating):

    • Crushed graham crackers
    • Mini chocolate chips
    • Cocoa powder
    • Melted chocolate (for dipping or drizzling)
    • Crushed nuts or festive sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes, or until firm enough to handle.

  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.

  • Roll each ball in your choice of toppings like graham crackers, cocoa powder, or chocolate chips. You can also drizzle or dip them in melted chocolate.

  • Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until fully set.

  • Serve chilled. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too sticky to roll, chill longer or dust your hands with powdered sugar.

  • For a firmer texture, freeze the balls and enjoy them as a frozen treat.

  • This recipe is naturally gluten-free if you skip the graham cracker topping or use a gluten-free version.

  • Try almond or cashew butter for a fun twist!
