Whether you’re feeding a hungry family or meal-prepping for the week, this easy wrap brings together all your favorite ingredients in one delicious bite. Ready in just 25 minutes—no fuss, no mess, just pure cheesy goodness!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 large flour wrap tortillas
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips (or Dorito Spicy Nacho for extra flavor)
  • ½ cup sour cream (optional)
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Chipotle sauce (optional, for a smoky kick)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

  • Warm the Tortillas
Heat the flour tortillas in a dry pan for 15–20 seconds on each side to make them soft and foldable.

  • Assemble the Wrap
On each tortilla, spread nacho cheese sauce in the center. Top with seasoned beef, shredded cheddar, and crushed Dorito Spicy Nacho chips for crunch.

  • Add Toppings
If using, add sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, or a drizzle of chipotle sauce.

  • Wrap It Up
Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a hot skillet to crisp the wrap about 1–2 minutes per side.

Notes

  • Want to go Mediterranean? Try swapping nacho cheese with feta and adding olives for a Greece-style twist.
  • Make it vegetarian by using black beans or plant-based crumbles instead of beef.
  • Serve with a fresh green salad or guacamole on the side.
