Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup almonds or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 beet, grated
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Kale: Wash and chop the kale. Massage it with a little lemon juice to soften.
