Ingredients
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup almonds or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 beet, grated
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Instructions
